STEAK WITH CREAMY GARLIC SAUCE

INGRIDIENTS :

  • Beef ( sirloin )
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Herb and Spices ( optional )
Creamy Garlic Sauce :

  • 1/2 Cup Water ( divided )
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic ( chopped )
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • Spring Onions ( optional )
  • Add Salt and Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
PROCEDURES :

Step 1 : Bring 1/4 cup water to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Step 2 : Add garlic and garlic powder and boil until water has almost evaporated, about 5 minutes.
Step 3 : Stir in cream and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4 : Mix cornstarch and remaining 1/4 cup water together in a cup. Stir cornstarch mixture into sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 3 minutes.

STANDARD MASHED POTATO

Ingredients :
  • 2 pounds baking potatoes, peeled and quartered

  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled, or to taste (Optional)

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 stick of butter

  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
PROCEDURES :

Step 1 : Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and garlic, lower heat to medium, and simmer until potatoes are tender, 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 2 : When the potatoes are almost finished, heat milk and butter in a small saucepan over low heat until butter is melted.

Step 3 : Drain potatoes and return to the pot. Slowly add warm milk mixture, blending it in with a potato masher or electric mixer until potatoes are smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.

VEGETABLE SIDE DISH

INGREDIENTS :
  • Butter
  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • Bell Pepper
  • Herbs
PROCEDURES :
  1. Prepare your vegetables and boil them in water to soften.
  2. Melt the butter in a pre-heated pan.
  3. Add the herbs and cook the buttered veggies on medium-low heat until tender yet still firm to bite.
Sirloin Steak
- Sirloin steak is frequently cited as the "favorite cut of steak" among steak connoisseurs. this premium cut originates from the animal's hindquarters and is known for being exceptionally delicate.
Mashed Potato
- Mashed potato or mashed potatoes, colloquially known as mash, it is a dish made by mashing boiled or steam potatoes, usually added milk, butter, salt and pepper.
Vegetable Side Dish or Buttered Vegetables
- A simple dish of buttered vegetables can add color, nutrients and freshness to a dinner.

DEVILED EGG CANAPE

INGREDIENTS :
  • Hard-boiled egg
  • Mayonnaise
  • Chives
  • Fita
CHEEDAR CANAPE

INGREDIENTS :
  • Cheese
  • Basil
  • Tomato
  • Fita

What is Sandwich ?

sandwich is a food typically consisting of vegetables, sliced cheese or meat, placed on or between slices of bread, or more generally any dish wherein bread serves as a container or wrapper for another food type.

INGREDIENTS :

  • Bread
  • Lettuce
  • Shredded Meat
  • Cheese
  • Butter
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Mayonnaise
PROCEDURES :
  1. Take 2 slices of bread.
  2. In a pan, melt the butter and add the bread.
  3. Layer one of the slices with mayonnaise, tomato, cheese, shredded meat, onion and lettuce.
  4. Top with the other slice and gently press the sandwich together.
  5. Top it with a grated cheese. ( optional )
SERVE IT !
